Processes of innovation collaboration in the technological globalization. Revealing the particular features of formation and efficient realization of the innovation potential of the national economy in the process of convergence of Ukraine and the EU and working out recommendations concerning its development in context of adaptation to the European innovation system. Methods: analysis and synthesis, quality comparison, classification, functional, economic and math as well as contrastive analysis. The author has defined the notion of integrated innovation potential as the ability of effective use of intellectual, scientific and technological as well as recourse opportunities of competitive development in the technological globalization. The author's approach is suggested with analytical measurement instruments and innovation potential assessment by featuring resource, productive and effective component parts. Calculation of Ukrainian innovation potential integral indices (educational, financial, motivation, economic sphere) has been made by using the European Innovations Tabloid. These indices have been compared their European analogies. The mechanisms and instruments of formation, development and effective implementation of the Ukrainian innovation potential in scientific and technical cooperation with the EU. The recommendations have been made on the national innovation policy improvement in cooperation with the EU. Bodies of legislative and executive power, educational process, subjects of the innovation sphere.
