Object of study. Prophylactic activity of general practice doctors. Purpose. Scientifical, foundation and creation the system of organization of prophylactic activity of general practice doctors of establishments of primary medical care. Methods. Bibliosemantic, structurally-logistic analysis, statistical analysis, systems approach, sociological research, modeling. Theoretical and practical results. As a result of research the system of organization of prophylactic activity of establishments of general and functional model of prophylactic activity of doctor of general practice/family medicine is developed. This allows to promote the efficiency of prophylactic aid supply. Novelty. The modern features of prophylactic activity are firstly world out in the conditions of realization of the having a special purpose programs of health protection, the necessity of creation of the Government having a special purpose program of forming of healthy way of life and prophylaxis of diseases is grounded in activity of establishments of general practice/family medicine.
