Essay

It was established, that cytokines - tumor necrosis factor-?, interleukin-2 and interferon-? in vitro inhibited competence of denuded oocytes to resume the meiosis and to extrude the first polar body in conditions of physiological norm. Also we shown that inhibitory effect of the preparations was dose-dependent. Influence of cytokines on the cumulus enclosed oocytes was less expressed. It was also found injuring action of the cytokines on follicular cells survival. In addition it was established that violation of functioning of mitochondrions can be one of key mechanisms of supressive effect of cytokines, that results in volation of a calcium homeostasis of gametes. It was shown, that tumor necrosis factor-? and interleukin-2 oppressed oocyte meiotic maturation in conditions of autoimmune ovary injury by antiovarial antibodies. However at presence of interferon-? stimulation of oogenesis was observed. These results have great value for a substantiation of expediency of use of interferon preparations for treatment of infertility at patients with autoimmune processes of ovaries. Injections of small dose antiovarial antibodies have been reduced inhibitory effect of interferon-?, tumor necrosis factor-? and interleukin-2. Such results allow to approve, that antiovarial antibodies in small doses show stimulating effect on oogenesis under pathological influence of the cytokines.
