The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological features of training of judoists on the initial stage of sporting preparation. In the work the importance of the use of the complex program of psycho-technical facilities in the context of its influence on the individually typological qualities which contribute to the forming of the self-regulation of the behaviour of sportsmen on the initial stage of becoming of their skills is actualised.In the context of this research, the training is viewed as a combination of group methods of the forming of self-regulation. It is set that the psychological influencing with the help of autoregulative ways contributes to the creation of optimum internal terms at which the efficiency of the motive activity is the best. The basic criterion of the optimization of psychological, technical, tactical and physical preparation of judoists in the realization of the most effective actions is the getting formed of neurodynamic processes in single fighters, specificallyfunctional mobility, forces of the nervous system, latent period of easy and difficult sight-agile reactions. The carried out analysis of the psychological maintenance of self-regulation allowed characterizing it as an integral psychical mechanism due to which the consciously controlled selfdirection of subject in the process of activity is provided.The approbation of the psychotraining program allowed substantially promoting the level of selfregulation of young sportsmen in the conditions of educational-training and competing activity/
