Khurtenko O. Formation of psychological readiness of future coaches for decision-making in extreme situations

The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical background and experimental study of the dynamic of development and formation of future coaches' psychological readiness to make decisions in extreme situations . The thesis researches into causes and the dynamic of psychological readiness development among 1st – 4th year students and presents the psychological model. The structure of students’ motivation readiness concerning decisionmaking in extreme situations has been investigated and main peripheral motives and difference in motivation of young males and females have been found. The peculiarirties of the development of operational activity and cognitive components for psychological readiness among students have been studied. The program of formation of the stated psychological readiness among students-future coaches was worked out and tested. It comprises the system of special lessons, exercises and training etc. The usage of them led to positive results and proved the hypothesis of the investigation.
