A set of theoretical and practical problems connected with composition and usage of criminal trial procedural acts are considered. Pre-trial investigation acts, act of prosecutor's and trial activity are analyzed. Juridical and technical errors are characterized in detail. Methods of their avoidance are given. Definitions of notions "a document in criminal procedural activity", "criminal procedural document", "juridical technique", "juridical technique of criminal procedural acts", "errors in legal usage" are given. Legal, logical, linguistic and compositional demands to criminal trial procedural acts are defined and systematized. It is stressed that procedural act for adopting legal, well-grounded and objective decisions may be created only with the good knowledge of rules and demands as to their composition.
