Essay

Dissertation is complex scientific research which contains the questions of both theoretical and practical maintenance. It is in-process analysed and grounded maintenance and value of the article of proving in a criminal process. The special attention in research is spared to classification of types of the article of proving in criminal businesses which are closed by production. The unvindicatory grounds and their efficiency are specified at closing of criminal cases. Formulation of the suggestions directed on the improvement of current legislation and development of new СPC Ukraine eforcement authorities is a research result.
