Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the preparation of the teacher in the field of the postgraduate pedagogical education to the organization of the pupils' project activity during afterclass period. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the preparation of the teacher in field of postgraduate pedagogical education for the organization of the pupils' project activity in the afterclasse's work. Historical and genetic peculiarities of the development and introduction of the project technology into the educational process are defined on the basis of the theoretical study of the problem. The model of the teacher's preparation to the organization of the afterclasse's project activity in the postgraduate education is elaboreted and based. The pedagogical conditions which are necessary in the postgraduate pedagogical process for the productive teacher's preparation raise his competence in the field of the project technology's introduction are opened. The effect of the teacher's model to the organization of the project activity during afterclasse's period in the postgraduate pedagogical education is theoratically based and experimantally checked. The special course "The organization of the afterclass'es activity during the afterclass period", the methodical recomendation for the teachers who conduct the afterclass activity, the bank of afterclass pupils' project, the examples of the questionnares and diagnoses concerning the teacher's readness to the organization of the project activity are elaborated and introducted.
