Vladymyrova I. Pharmacognostical studies of cabbage of broccoli and development of medications on its basis

The dissertation is devoted to the comparative pharmacognostical study the biological active substances (BAS) of grass of broccoli of Tonus, Kalabraize, Vitamin, Romaneska and Linda species. The qualitative composition and quantitative content of groups BAS in studied raw material were determinated. By the methods of column and preparation chromatography 27 substances were obtained in the individual state. Wine acid, umbeliferon, scopoletin, dafnoretin, luoteolin, astragalin, kempferol, kvercetin, myricetin, azulen, 3-mercaptobenzilic ether of propionic acid and methylic ether of 2,6-nonadienovic acid were isolated from the grass of broccoli for the first time. The methods of receipt of dry alcoholic extract 1:5, dry aqueous extract 1:10, biologically active liquid and pills with the extract of cabbage of broccoli were determined, its acute toxicity, antimicrobial, antiinflammation, membranostabilisation, antiulcerogenic activity and peristaltic activity to the intestine were studied. The following draft sets of AND for the medical raw materials: "Grass of broccoli", "Dry extract alcoholic from the grass of broccoli", "Dry aqueous extract from the grass of broccoli" were developed.
