The 244 victims with polytrauma experienced multiple and combined blunt trauma of retroperitoneal spaces were examined. It has been elucidated the harmful effects of blunt trauma of retroperitoneal spaces complicated by haematomas clinical trial through its acute period. Proposed by the author anatomy-functional index of appraisal of severiaty, which takes into consideration estimative mark according to the scale PTS, the volume of blood loss, and forecast the result of polytraumas with the authenticity of 82.7%.
