Essay

Object: The process of an induced ventilation of the mine blind workings with discretely changing length by an auxiliary fan (AF). The purpose - increase of efficiency of a ventilation of blind workings by optimum choice of nominal parameters of the aerodynamic characteristic and constructive parameters of the axial AF. Research methods are based on usage of the system approach, the theory of probability and the mathematical statistics, aerodynamics, the hydrodynamic theory of lattices. Novelty: for the first time character of dependences and presence of extrema of the criteria of efficiency of ventilation of a blind workings from nominal flow rate and the form of axial fan aerodynamic characteristic, and also mass of the impeller, the maximum efficiency of the AF from hub ratio is established. Results: criteria of optimization, function of the purpose are proved and statement of a problem of stage-by-stage optimization of nominal and design data of the axial AF which solution provides a decrease of energy losses on ventilations and additional heating of air inside the fan, and also increase of quantity of air submitted to long blind working is carried out. The practical intrusion of results of researches is executed at development of the axial AF series VMEVO (on mines of Ukraine and Russia are exploited more than 200 fans), and also at statement and solution of a problem of optimization nominal and design data for modernized AF VMEVO-7,1.
