Essay

In research the complete concept of the technocratism's evolution as social phenomenon, is stated its genesis, semantic nature, essence, content and forms: objective, subjective, and also mechanisms of its influence on education and self-reproduction by means of education. It is shown its place and role at self-expansion of a society, opposition to technocratism and humanism in an industrial paradigm of the world's community development, way of harmonization of their interaction in the education of a split civilization. It is proved, that technoscience forms not only a new discourse, but generates the new factor of management of a society of knowledges and education - noocrathy or meritocrathy, that must be acquired by philosophy of education, as it forms a symbiosis of a science and education (a master department and PhD) and that's why, on a basis of paradigm's ideas about a recognition of the person fundamental value can be the offered humanistic paradigm of formation(education) which requires in anindividualization of forms of education, a branching of the remote form of training, electronic pedagogic, self-education and self-training, education during a life.
