The research investigates the physical bases and processing technologies of separation the multicom-ponent mixtures generated in the process of the ammonia synthesis. The composition of the waste flows has been analyzed. The ways of inert gases inflow into the ammonia synthesis contour have been shown. The potential volumes of helium, neon, argon, krypton and xenon in the by-product gases have been calculated. The preferable technological sequence of waste flows processing has been motivated. The comparative research on the ways of hydrogen fraction purification has been performed. The technological restrictions. Interesting with the heavy inert gases concentration in liquid methane have been considered. The economical analysis of the multicomponent flows separation processes has been performed. The method of calculation the portion of operating costs during the simultaneous output of several valuable products has been offered.
