Mishura V. Economic contents of the persutive mechanism of the corporative management

Research object: relations between managers of the corporations, holder of the actions and mercenary workmen, which form the motivation mechanism, the structure of corporative management. Research purpose: development of the models of corporative management motivation mechanism which is identical to the transformational economy. Research methods: dialectical method of the cognition and system’s principle, system modeling of the social-economic processes. Results, novelty: on base of the system economic analysis particularities of corporative management motivation mechanism are revealed, development of methodological principles and theoretical base of the study of the problems of the shaping efficient mechanism to corporative management motivations. Sphere of the application: lectures and special courses on economic theory, articles and monographs, in practical activity of the corporative sector of the Ukraine.
