Borunov V. „Forming of International Competitiveness of Sphere of Services of Ukraine”

Object of research: development of the world market of services as branch compound economic. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on formation of the international competitiveness of the national market of services. Methods of research: a dialectic method, methods of theoretical generalization, the analysis and synthesis, grouping and classifications, a method of the statistical analysis, a method of comparison, the system analysis, economic-mathematical modeling Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical and methodological bases of development of the international competitiveness of economy of the countries and development of scientific - practical recommendations on maintenance of the international competitiveness of the national market of services as element of the world market. Practical results: theoretical generalizations, conclusions and offers which contain in the dissertation will be, that, can be used by development of actions on increase of competitiveness of national economy through improvement of directions of a foreign trade policy in sphere of services with the purpose of activization of inclusion of Ukraine in the world economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the algorithm of an establishment of an optimum parityof the state and private investments into projects of development of sphere of services is developed; the algorithm of calculation of the optimum size of decrease{reduction} in tax loading for the enterprises of sphere of services and limiting privileges for the separate investment is offered and is developed corresponding economic-mathematical model with the purpose of activization of business activity owing to realization and reproduction of investments in the market of services of Ukraine; it is advanced: theoretical and methodological approaches on research of the international competitiveness; classification of the international servicesto classification attributes; have received the further development: approaches according to effect from introduction of tax privileges. Degree of introduction: results of research are used in practical activities of Ministry of Economics AR Crimea and the Ministries of Resorts and Tourism АR Crimea; Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Crimea; State Joint-Stock Company "Chernomorneftegaz", and also results of work are used in educational process Tavriyskiy of National University after the name of V.I.Vernadskiy.
