Essay

Thesis researched the phenomenon of ХХ century fashion in the context of virtual reality. The phenomenon of fashion has been reconstructed in historiographic and cultural aspects. Creativity sources of virtus fashion have been defined, corporal practices of fashion in the context of virtus were analysed. Innovations in fashion in ХХ century in the context of artistic practices were described. Haute couture and pret-a-porter fashion in the context of virtual reality has been described and researched. The virtual dimensions of fashion display the whole spectrum of fashion representations as certain communicative technology: branding, flesh-image, advertising technologies, mass-media of fashion.
