Object of research - infeed external cylindrical grinding technological process; methods: results of work are received on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches; theoretical researches are based on scientific bases of the grinding theory, the theory of automatic control (TAC), dynamics of machine tools; adequacy of theoretical models and results of modelling is checked up experimentally in laboratory conditions; experimental researches are made on the basis of modern techniques; calculations and mathematical modelling it was made on the COMPUTER with use of a package of mathematical analysis MathCAD; the analysis of dynamic system infeed grinding by methods ТАC was made with use of packages СС and MatLAB; simulation modelling of dynamic system was made in package VisSim; results - the new way cylindrical infeed grinding of details which allows to eliminate the negative phenomenon of increase of amplitude of waves on a detail surface is offered; the automated system of calculation of cutting modes and time norms for cylindrical external infeed grindings (CEIG) is developed; the engineering technique of definition of the generalised characteristic of the closed technological system (TS) that allows to consider elastic properties of concrete TS and a grinding condition most full is developed and to settle an invoice CEIG working cycle with high accuracy; novelty - is developed CEIG dynamic model which allows to predict macrogeometrical indicators of grinding surfaces quality, thus as a source of excitation of system it is considered workpiece nonroundness; original mathematical dependences which allow to calculate of grinding depth at all transitive stages of working cycle CEIG are received; for the first time it is offered to characterise the generalised characteristic of the closed TS the uniform numerical indicator which function is depth of grinding and which considers cutting ability of a grinding circle and rigidity of TS; introduction - the basic manufacture of the OAS “Sumy factory “Nasosenergomash”, Sumy; branch - mechanical engineering.
