Tretyakova I. “ International Environmental Safety in Globalization”

Object of research: process of maintenance of the international ecological safety in conditions of globalization. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on maintenance of the international ecological safety in conditions of globalization. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, methods of grouping and classification, the factorial analysis, a method of the statistical analysis and a method of the comparative analysis. Theoretical results: will consist in improvement of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on maintenance of the international ecological safety in conditions of globalization. Practical results: will consist in development of scientific - practical recommendations concerning improvement of economic mechanisms of maintenance of ecological safety in conditions of globalization. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of target ecological investment as a combination of the mechanisms stipulated Kioto by the report is offered; it is determined concepts " target ecological investments "; it is advanced: classification of global problems which have arisen in the world at the present stage of economic development; economic-mathematical model of definition of directions ecolgy and ekonomy strategy of the industrial enterprise; have received the further development: conceptual kathegorial the device, definition of concept " ecological globalization " in particular is given; the mechanism of maintenance of the state control and regulation of system of ecological safety in Ukraine. A degree introduction: Results of research are used in activity of the Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Natural Environment of Ukraine, Committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine on Questions of Ecology, the Ground and Natural Resources,the Government of Protection of the Surrounding Natural Environment in Donetsk oblast, Joint-Stock Company "Metallurgical plant" Donetskstal, and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
