Ivanenko I. “Eurobond Market under Financial Globalization Conditions”

Object of research: development of the market of eurobonds in a context of globalization of the world financial market. The purpose of dissertational work is the substantiation of theoretical bases of formation and development of the market of eurobonds in conditions of financial globalization and development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of integration of Ukraine to the market of eurobonds. Methods of research: dialectic to a method of scientific knowledge, methods of an induction and deduction, grouping and classifications, comparative the analysis, a historical method, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis, a graphic method, economic modelling and abstraction, the system approach. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions on development of the market of eurobonds in conditions of financial globalization and formation of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in Eurobonds maket. Practical results: will consist in development of practical positions and recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in eurobonds maket in conditions of financial globalization. Scientific novelty: for the first time: сonceptual bases of integration of Ukraine in the market of eurobonds are developed; it is advanced: classification of eurobonds due to addition to existing classification attributes; the mechanism of release of municipal eurobonds for financing programs of city development of intermediary of Municipal Bank of Development; have received the further development: definition of a category " financial globalization "; the scientific - methodical approach to identification of financial tools of the world market of the capital; the scientific - methodical approach of reduction of cost of loans of corporate emitters in the market of eurobonds.
