Kurevina I. Competitiveness of Human Capital of Ukraine in the Conditions of International Labour Migration

The main social and economic factors of human capital competitiveness and international labour migration impact on its forming are determined. The main tendencies of international labour migration development in the EU countries. State influence on human capital competitiveness forming in the context of international labour migration is considered. On the basis of positive influence and negative consequences of international labour migration as to human capital competitiveness analysis, we developed set of mechanisms and program-oriented ways of negative consequences of human capital migration softening and also offered ways of its realization institutional supporting.
