Oleynyuk R. Priority the banking system in euro integration process. (Based of the example of Poland)

The work deals with theoretic - methodical theses, practical recommendations as to national bank system of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe and Ukraine up to the European Union requirements. It this proved that the integration of the country's bank sector into the world bank space should precede the integration process in other economy sectors, currency being one of them. The expediency of finance - credit establishments of different seize, of further development of small banks and their uniting into consortiums and holdings without losing their independent financial activity is substantiated. Introducing the procedure of setting financial arguments in bank sphere by means of bank ombudsmen is proposed and the recommendations as to transferring bank supervising functions to single State Financial Supervising Committee are worked out. On analyses the Polish experience we supplement some ways of increasing efficiency in functioning of cooperative banks in Ukraine and offer introducing franchising of bank service and creating economy information bureau.
