Dissertation is devoted the theoretical and practical questions of investigation of attacks with the purpose of take over the stranger property, committed by organized groups. The criminalistics analysis of attacks of mercenary orientation, perfect the organized groups is conducted in a manuscript, the concept of problem consequence situations and feature of their forming is formulated during investigation of the probed category of criminal cases. It is explored in a manuscript: problem consequence situations of the initial and subsequent stages of investigation and facilities of their decision; perspective forms of co-operation of investigator with operative subsections are at investigation of crimes; features of organization and tactic of leadthrough of separate consequence actions; facilities of searching-cognitive activity of investigator and their complexes, necessary for the decision of problem consequence situations on the initial and subsequent stages of investigation."
