Essay

The object of a research is the technological processes of growth from melt and post-grown treatment of II-VI group crystals. The target of a study is development of scientific bases of electrophysic and photo-electric properties modification post-grown technology of II-VI group crystals for electronic technique. Basic methods of the research are - optical-polarization and electronic microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy with x-ray microanalysis, standard and improved methods of the research of electrophysic and photo-electric properties of II-VI group crystals. Results - the scientific base is created for the synthesis of new and improvement of the known technological processes of production of electronic means with the use of II-VI group crystals. Introduction is branch - based Further use of results - in researches, projects and productions organizations which make the indicated crystals and electronic devices with their use.
