The dissertation is devoted to studying of psychological correction of fatherly behaviour the persons released from places of imprisonment. Author reveals features of family relations condemned and psychological qualities the person which determine them. It is proved, that correction of fatherly behaviour the persons released from places of imprisonment should be directed on cognitive and emotional components of paternity. The program training of psychological correction of fatherly behaviour is offered.
