Subject of research - variability and inheritance of the major economic characters in hybrids of soybean F1 and F2. The purpose - to create a new initial material for breeding of early ripening and heavy-productive forms of soybean on the basis of revealing regularities of inheritance of the duration of vegetation period and components of productivity in hybrids. Methods - field, laboratory, mathematical and statistical. The value and novelty of research - it is revealed the character of inheritance of the duration on vegetation period and other traits in soybean hibrids; it is established non-allel interaction of genes of the duration of vegetation period; it is revealed the quantity of genes on what parental forms differ on the duration of vegetation period; the early ripening heavy-productive breeding material is created.
