Rusak D. Improvement of corporate governance in Ukraine in the context of world experience

The dissertation paper is devoted to research of theoretical aspects of functioning of modern corporate governance and world tendencies in area of improvement of corporate governance and further incorporating of perspective world innovations. The conceptual aspects of development of corporate governance were investigated in the Ukrainian joint-stock companies including with state participation in the context of world experience that gave to line up possibility basic directions of perfection of corporate governance, methods of realization of these directions, and also to develop methodological recommendations in relation to perfection of corporate governance in the Ukrainian joint-stock companies. Taking into account circumstances that for the Ukrainian Eurointegration processes experience of the overnational adjustment of corporate governance is especially for the tasks of reformation of the Ukrainian corporate governance exists a lot in common with the active tasks of the proper reforms in EU, and ina number of positive innovations that found a place in acts and directives of EU.
