Object - manufacturing techniques and repair SB; the purpose - improvement of high-speed ТCА superficial layers sliding bearings quality of due to the pairs friction elements processing technology directed choice that allows to provide most economically demanded quality sliding bearings units at manufacturing the most responsible details of this class of machines; methods - the system analysis, a method of synthesis, the theory graph, mathematical logic, boolean algebra; novelty - for the first time is developed system of the directed choice of manufacturing techniques SB high-speed ТCА, allowing to form surfaces of pairs friction with the set operational properties, and the interrelation between technology of formation of the covering, reliability SB providing increase, and operational characteristics sliding bearings units high-speed ТCА is certain; Results - element base and a complex of methodical and algorithmic maintenance of process of the directed choice of manufacturing techniques SB high-speed ТCА; introduction - in manufacture with large economic benefit; branch - mechanical engineering.
