Gryban O. Forming of the Common European Union Loan Market. - Manuscript

The thesis is a research of theoretical and practical aspects on forming of the common EU loan market, discovering the basic patterns for regional loan markets' newest paradigm. Such process is outlined within conditions of currency and financial relations' globalization, economic pre-conditions and drivers for consolidation the markets of banking services in the European countries. It also discovers priority ways for financial cooperation between Ukraine and the EU loan system followed by innovational development financial mechanisms, described as a factor for fulfillment of European integration strategy. The work reveals essence and role of institutional and economic ways for forming of common the EU loan market. It also discovers basic follow-ups of contemporary EU loan instruments' convergence including legal forms and principles, organizational and economic mechanisms, tariff drivers, all being followed by the optimization analysis. The thesis also contains economic and mathematical model of interdependency for launching contemporary forms of credit relations and innovational development in the regional aspect of transitional market economy. It also gives practical recommendations for use of up-to-date financial and loan instruments aimed at risk provision of transnational banking capital expansion and strategy ways of increasing the efficiency of currency and financial cooperation between Ukraine and the EU loan system within the period of national economy market transformation.
