Dissertation contains theoretical, methodological and empiric research of basic psychological features, problems of functionally incomplete families, formed as a result of labour emigration and features of their psychological accompaniment in conditions of educational complex I degree.It has been discovered by author, that functionally incomplete families, comparatively with complete, differ by higher level of conflict of mutual relations, unclearness of external and internal psychological limits of family, in the conditions of spatial separation of matrimonial partners makes impossible or highly inconveniences the pleasure by them of a number of necessities which traditionally must be satisfied by the family, preschool and junior school age children, who are educated in functionally incomplete families, differ by the high level of anxiety, psychoemotional estrangement from a father/mother who is in labour emigration, by the lower level of emotional prosperity in family, comparatively with the childrenof the same age from complete families.The purpose of the program of psychological accompaniment of functionally incomplete families in educational complexes I degree is: development of paternal and maternal responsibility for children education; harmonization of mutual relations in functionally incomplete families as pledges of maintenance and strengthening of psychical health of family in general and every its member in particular.
