Object – the process of realization of poverty diminution strategy. Purpose - the development of theoretical regulations and working out scientific and practical recommendations for rational involvement and use of international financial and technical aid as a mechanism of realization of poverty diminution strategy in Ukraine with consideration of world experience and specific character of poverty in our country. Methods – systems analysis, classification, historical-logical, comparative analysis, statistical methods, qualitative analysis. Novelty – proposed new theoretical approaches and practical measures for effectively involvement of foreign financial and technical aid as one of the most effective mechanism of home poverty diminution strategy and its institutional maintenance.
