Essay

The thesis focuses on the pedagogical conditions and model of the future foreign language teacher training for the innovative activity. The manuscript gives the scientific description of the substance, structure and components of the future foreign language teacher's readiness for the innovations and the innovative activity itself. The dissertation specifies the following notions: "innovative activity", "innovative potential", "future foreign language teacher's readiness for the innovative activity" and defines their structure. The thesis illustrates the results of the research work, gives the peculiarities of the state and formative experiment in its organization and progress. It shows the mechanisms and tendencies of the future foreign language teacher's readiness for the innovations, gives the corrections made in the conceptual research model. The thesis also proposes experimentally proved scientific materials, including three blocks of the didactic materials for the future foreign language teacher's innovation readiness formation, the guidelines for the university teachers and the students' innovative activity readiness diagnostic procedure. The analysis of the research work results proves the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and model of the future foreign language teacher training for the innovative activity.
