Belova E. The international legal aspects of the state maritime policy of Ukraine and juridical problems of its realization in modern terms

The present thesis deals with the complete scientific analysis of legislative maintenance of the state maritime policy of Ukraine and decisions some juridical problems of its realization.Purposes, tasks, principles, priority directions and measures of the international legal providing of effective realization of the state maritime policy in modern terms have been determined. Author's definition of the state maritime policy was formulated in a context of the international law of the sea.In the dissertation research was proved the necessity to define the uniform state maritime policy of Ukraine at a legislative level by acceptance of the corresponding law which would take a summary place in the sea national legislation.The author has determined national interests of Ukraine in the Black Sea and Sea of Azov basin and some districts of the World Ocean, taking into consideration modern geopolitical situation. Practical propositions concerning the perfection of the legal regime of certain maritime spaces were suggested.
