3. Object of research: children who are treated in occasion of acute lymphoblastic leucosis and being a stage of steady clinico-laboratory remission. The aim of research: To raise efficiency of medical rehabilitation of immune system at children with hemoblastosis during clinico-laboratory remission due to use patogenesis the proved methods of sanatorium rehabilitation.Methods and equipment: all-clinically, laboratory-immunologycal, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: Results of research prove expediency of application of a sanatorium stage of rehabilitation of immune system at children with acute lymphoblastic leucosis in a stage of remission. Clinical efficiency of sanatorium rehabilitation of this category of children in conditions of a resort of Evpatoria is proved. Optimum indications for application of medical physical factors in a complex of sanatorium rehabilitation are certain. The program of rehabilitation of immune system at children with acute lymphoblastic leucosis in a stage of remission in conditions of sanatorium is introduced in a clinical practice.Novelty: For the first time changes cellular and humoral immunity at patients with acute lymphoblastic leucosis in the stages of remission shown in initial т-lymphocitopenia and disimmunoglobulinemia up to sanatorium rehabilitation and having positive statistically authentic dynamics after rate sanatorium rehabilitation are described. For the first time the condition and dynamics of processes apoptosis at the given category of children are studied and is established, that up to sanatorium rehabilitation the given parameters considerably exceeded normal values, did not depend on duration of remission and decreased during sanatorium treatment. For the first time features citocin the status at patients with acute lymphoblastic leucosis in a stage of remission are estimated and is established, that levels investigated citocin, being initially authentically above physiological sizes, after rate of sanatorium rehabilitation have come nearer to physiological parameters. For the first time the complex program of sanatorium rehabilitation of immune system of children with acute lymphoblastic leucosis in a stage of clinico-laboratory remission in conditions of a sea resort is developed. It is shown, that influence of sanatorium rehabilitation leads to direct and remote positive dynamics of a clinical condition, immune system, a hormonal condition, processes peroxide oxidations of fat and the antioxidant protection more expressed at repeated sanatorium treatment.
