Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological potential of the development of motor skill taking into consideration mental intension of exercise. In the paper were researched: a) the change of mental intention of exercise in the process of development of motor skill taking into consideration according exercises and competitions; b) the features of changes of mental intension of motor skill development that are controlled by regulation of exercise intension, using physiological indices (heart rate); the features of mental intension autoregulation of motor skill development in case of its optional regulation and it is guided by its subjective models; c) means and methods of regulation optimization of mental intension of exercises. It is shown that the motor skill performance creates different mental conditions. It is determined that intension of cognitive, moral and active conditions in actual study practice is lower than during competitions. It is developed the method of activation of mental processes and mental intension optimization during study, regulating the system according its functional possibilities and the method of mental intension regulation at the expense of activation selection and conation mobilization, psychomotor qualities in trainings. The possibility of compensation of insufficient moral intension is determined and it is also approved that systematic use of exercises with optimal mental intension during trainings lets not only stabilize the movements but adapt them to the intension condition.
