The given research considers the features of formation of an eurointegration course of Ukraine in conditions of cumulative action of internal and foreign policy factors. This thesis examines the objectivity of the European direction of foreign policy of Ukraine; generalizes different approaches to definition of a foreign policy, in particular, problems and prospects of the European integration of our country; studies principles and tendencies in attitudes between Ukraine and the European Union and analyzes significant stages and events which designate dialogue of two international actors.The thesis indicates attitudes between Ukraine and Russia in a context of a strategic course on European integration, which was proclaimed by the government of our country, in particular, those factors which have important, and in some cases determinative role in realization of eurointegration aspirations by Ukraine. The given research analyzes the doctrine of Eurasian in relation to Ukraine; defines the different approaches of two states to their participation in the Common Economic Space; gives the comparative analysis of positions of our state and the Russian Federation concerning the European vector of development; examines the prospects of attitudes of Ukraine and Russia with the European Union.Complex research of attitudes Ukraine - the European Union and influences on them of the Russian factor concludes, that despite of all importance of influence of internal and external factors which stimulate, or, on the contrary, brake process of the European integration of the country, a dominating role play specific internal political factors.
