Lytvynenko Y. Perfection of motor actions technique of high skilled speed skaters specialized in short-track.

The methodical recommendations on the perfection of straightway running technique for high skilled skaters in short-track in a year training cycle which include the complexes of physical exercises with various didactic orientation, the statistical model of straight line running technique with six parameters and the biomechanical monitoring have been firstly developed and approved experimentally in this research. The quantitative spatial, time, spatial-time and mass-inertial characteristics of straight line running technique for speed skaters who specialized in short-track have been firstly defined as a result of the preliminary experiment. The methodical recommendations on the perfection of straight line running technique for high skilled skaters in a year training cycle have been approved experimentally in the preliminary period of a year training cycle in 2006-2007 season. The efficiency of designed methodical recommendations has been proved as a result of pedagogical experiment. The basic research results got the practical application in training process of high skilled skaters in short-track, in educational process of NUPESU's kinesiology department during studying the "Biomechanical features of sports technique" discipline for masters on the "Biomechanics of sports" speciality.
