Staryns'ka O. Development of first-year students' initiativity in the process of study activity

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of first year students' initiativity in the progress of study activity. The analysis of the basic notions of the research work has been given; essence of the process of development of intellectual first year students' initiativity has been grounded. There has been aprobated methods with the help of which critetions and levels of development of intellectual initiativity have been defined. The author has defined psychological and pedagogical conditions of develop-ment of first year students' intellectual initiativity in the process of interactive study. The results of the research work can be used in psychological, diagnostical, correctional activity of practical psychologists and primary school teachers.
