Pashkevych S. Hygienic peculiarities of influence of intraschool factors on quality of life and health of junior schoolchildren

Object - influence of intraschool environment on health state and life quality of primary school pupils. Methods - hygienic, social-hygienic, sociologic, anthropometric, physiologic, clinical, immunological, psychological and statistical ones. Novelty - system for the assessment of life quality connected with health state of primary school's schoolchildren was worked out for the first time; critical levels of life quality scales for determination of negative influence of intraschool environment on the health state of schoolchildren were calculated; model of mediated control over health state of schoolchildren was proposed; regional age normative indices of spectrum analysis of cardiac rhythm's variability were determined for the first time. Results - it was established that higher level of functioning of children's immune system during education in the first form is favorable in prognostic sense for a stable health level of schoolchildren during all period of education in primary school, and lover indices of immunity of pupils of the first form are accompanied by worsening of health state during education; standards of physical development for schoolchildren, methods of assessment of life quality level for children of junior school age were worked out. It was introduced into educational process of Kharkiv National medical University as well as into practical activity of teachers and psychologists of general educational establishments of Kharkiv branch of European network of health assistance schools.
