Kapitula O. International management of the global investment projects in Ukraine (on the example of the project "Ukritty")

This dissertation researches the process of the evolution of investment project theories in the realm of international investment project management as well as stages of forming and development of international investment projects management systems at the present-day stage. Conceptual approaches to the definition of notion "international investment project", organizational and economic international management project mechanism for implementation of the "Shelter" global project has been developed and proposed on the basis of the analysis of national specifics of applying certain types of management such as functional, regional, matrix and globally integrated ones. Advantages and disadvantages of applying specific organizational patters have been defined in terms of their sectoral and national identification. It has been established that the effective functioning of the existent types of organization departments in the exclusion zone to ensure the realization of the "Shelter" project depends on the using infrastructure of the exclusion zone to build a new confinement.
