The theoretical-methodological aspects of development of the process of international economic cooperation, its essence and main forms are analysed, the ways of development of competitiveness of different countries as the factor of their international cooperation are researched in this work. The complex analysis of the methods of estimation of effectiveness of the main ways of international cooperation development. The stages of development of economic relations between China and Ukraine are researched. The mechanism of determining of priorities of international economic cooperation is worked out and perspective spheres of development of economic cooperation between both countries are well-founded. The estimation of economic effectiveness of management relations between China and Ukraine is implemented, the strategy of development of priority ways of economic cooperation between China and Ukraine is well-founded in the work.
