Essay

The thesis is dedicated to analysis of problems of creation activity and the prospects of multilateral structures of cooperation of new independent states in stipulations of new international relations system coming-to-be and fragmentation of the post-soviet space. In new world the role of different international institution increases. Small and middle states need to cooperate and coordinate positions for the best presentation of their national interests. The priority of the new independent post soviet states belong to these categories, so they need to unite for the solving of problems, which have the common origin.
