Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the research of biological characteristics of the representatives of Morchellaceae family under different cultivation conditions. 30 strains of 11 species were investigated. The growth rate of vegetative mycelium on a range of agar media at different temperatures is qualitatively characterized and the viability of these cultures. The dynamics of growth and exopolysaccharides synthesis under submerged cultivation conditions were investigated.
