General results of the theoretical analisis of scientific literature on the problems of self-realization, its forming on pedagogical profession in terms of professional studying with additional specialization. Structure, criteria, levels, dynamics and specifics of a future teacher’s all components of professional self-realization are revealed. Student’s of pedagogical specialities with different level of dialectical cognition of main speciality and additional specialization features of self-determination’s forming are investigated. In theory grounded, developed and approved the author’s training program of future teachers self-realization’s optimization.
