Essay

Object – technological process of chisel rolling cutters teeth vibra armoring preparations. The purpose – technological maintenance of teeth vibra armoring process by reception of a composite material «steel -relit» for increase of the chisel tool durability. Methods – fundamental bases of mechanical engineering technology, the theoretical and analytical mechanics, foundry hydraulics, physical and computer modeling of object of researches. Novelty – theoretical-applied bases of maintenance of the chisel tool teeth vibra armoring process. Results – technological process of the chisel tool teeth vibra armoring process is developed and recommended to introduction in manufacture. Branch – the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine oil and gas complex.
