Object: The various varients of damages of physiological functions of immuno-endocrine complex, hemostasis and lipid exchange in liquidaters of consequences of catastrophe (LCC) on Ch.A.E.S. in remote period after action of ionizedradiation. Aim: Definition of state of physiological functions of immuno-endocrine complex, hemostasis and lipid exchange at donors and LCC with chronic diseases of gastrointestinal tract and breathing system in remote period after radiation for development of practical methods to minimisation of complications and chronisation of the process. Materials and methods: Immunological, radioisotopic, biochemical, immunofluorescent, chronometric, gravimetric. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: There was shown, that in remote period (after 7 and 9 years) after radiacion influence at LCC form varions types of immunal responce. There was found out the varions frequence of melting of types of immunal response, accorting, to figure of humoral and cellular chains of immunity andnonspecific factors of rеsistance depending on terms of examination and period of time that patients spent in zone of catastrophe. There were revealed four types of immunal response in remote period. They were characterized by varions level of expression and direction of immunoreactiveness. There was developed the classification of dynamic alterations of immunological figures after 7, 9 and 15 years after catastrophe. It allows to prognose the developement of complications and heaviness of state at LCC. There was established the interconnection of alteration of content of sexual hormons, hormons of adrenal glands and hypophysis with the type of immunal response in remote period after radiation influence. There was established interconnection of alteration of certain figures of hemostasis with certain type of immunoreactiveness. There was ravealed interconnection of alteration of content of lipid fraction of blood serum with the type of immunal response in remote period after catastrofe at LCC. Sphere of introduction: The recieved results could be used in the sphere of fundamental physiology and immunology. They could be also used in clinical practice as algorithm of provement of practical approaches to minimisation of complications and chronisation of process at LCC.
