The dissertation is devoted to analysis of anxiety influence on intellectual development of children at the elementary level of education at school. Main theoretical and experimental ways of solving noted problem have been systematized. The thesis about the existence of certain peculiarities of correlation between the course of 6-8 year children intellectual development and the signs of anxiety are shown and grounded. The program of excessive anxiety correction of primary school pupils is worked out and approbated. This program its effectiveness in practice of educational process primary school.
