Deryabina G. Psychological peculiarities of development of a managerial personal potential.

In the thesis research there was revealed a psychological analysis of the problem of a managerial potential, which is understood as an integral personal formation. The structure of a managerial potential is reviewed. There were received results regarding psychological features of a managers, which concern their personal qualities (Cattel test) and accentuations of character. The basic difficulties in manager's activity were analyzed. Comparative analysis of psychologycal peculiarities of managers of different level was presented. There was worked out and applied training of development of a managerial potential ,which contains various psychotechnics: psychodrama, art therapy, neurolinguistic programming. Effectiveness of the training was showed on different age-specific and professional groups of managers .Method of selection of probationers to the groups of training was grounded depending on the applied psychotechnics.
