In work the theoretic-methodological bases of the concept of the international tourism in a context of the world economy system transition on model of sustainable development are opened. The technique of research of the international tourism concerning the account of imperatives of sustainable development is advanced. Dynamics and structure of the international tourist markets is analyzed. Рroved the offers on improvement of a management system of the international tourist activity in Ukraine with the account of sustainable development imperatives.
