Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of border guard units commanders“ activity while settling subordinates interpersonal conflicts. The essence and psychological characteristics of interpersonal conflicts have been specified, characteristic indicators of destructive interpersonal disputes between servicemen have been determined. Basic obligations of a border guard unit commander as a subject of resolving subordinates“ interpersonal conflicts have been substantiated. The program of border guard units“ commanders“ activity while resolving subordinates“ interpersonal conflicts has been elaborated, its efficiency has been experimentally verified. According to the results of the research, practical recommendations for border guard units“ commanders on rendering psychological assistance to subordinates involved in interpersonal conflicts have been worked out.
