The thesis is devoted to the description of all kinds of archaeological monuments and corporeal culture in Severskij Donets forest-steppe in Scythian time. It is fulfilled the historical-geographical review of the region studying main problems. Correlation of primary monument types allows reconstructing the lifestyle of Severskij Donets population. Numerical barrow equipments receive the correlative analysis. The results of such an analysis let us mark out five periods of corporeal culture evolution. It has singled out three main periods in ethno cultural history of Severskij Donets tribes. Local population of Scythian time was not indigenous; it had occupied this region at the end of VII - the beginning of VI centuries BC. Fundamental archaeological characteristics point to the fact, that starting migration regions might be the river Vorskla basin and Right-bank forest-steppe. The analysis of military science allows speaking about its effectiveness. Disappearance of these monuments at the beginning ofIII century BC was reflection of the process that was common for northern Black Sea littoral. The reason of this process is still discursive. It has been succeed in finding complete and system-defined description of Severskij Donets population in Scythian time.
